Pasta al Parmigiano is a dish which is prepared for many years in Italy. The course begins with the burning brandy or vodka which is poured in a slightly hollowed Parmigiano cheese. After a while the brandy still burns in the cheese, the top layer of the cheese melts. When the brandy is all burnt, the fresh prepared pasta and sauce will be poured into the cheese . The template of the cheese is used as a platter, so the cheese melts and the pasta has an opportunity to absorpt the unique flavours. After a quick stir, the pasta is served immediately. The dish will be prepared at your table
